Services:
Swedish massage is a gentle modality which warms your tissue, enhances your circulation, and encourages relaxation.
Deep tissue massage engages your deeper muscles to release patterns of tension and holding.
Energy techniques adapted from visionary cranial sacral massage, reiki and other energy modalities offer healing touch and the potential for healing on a deep inner level.
Together we will decide on which approach may be best for you in your session.
 

Policies:
Cost for a one-hour massage is $80.  Discounts are available for first visits and four massage series.  Payment by cash or check is required at your session.  Late arrival results in a shorter massage.  Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to appointment is billed at half the cost of your session.

Conveniently located at Healing Arts of Capitol Hill, 320 G Street NE,  Washington, DC 20002.  On street parking is available nearby, or you can walk from Union Station, on the Red Line.
