Swedish massage is a gentle modality which warms your tissue, enhances your circulation, and encourages relaxation.
Deep tissue massage engages your deeper muscles to release patterns of tension and holding.
Energy techniques adapted from visionary cranial sacral work, reiki and other energy modalities offer the potential for healing on a deep inner level.
Tell your story, be heard, and consider a "third way" to approach your life questions.
Together we will decide on which approach may be best for you in your session.
 

Policies:
Cost for a one-hour session is $80.  Discounts are available for first visits and a series of three sessions.  Payment by cash or check is required at your session.  Late arrival results in a shorter session.  Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to appointment is billed at half the cost of your session.
 
Location:
Conveniently located at Healing Arts of Capitol Hill, 320 G Street NE,  Washington, DC 20002.  On street parking is available nearby, or you can walk from Union Station, on the Red Line.
